To develop a highly successful, community-oriented, traditional European-style full-line welcoming bakery and cafe producing all natural, preservative free, handcrafted, Kosher Pareve, healthy, comfort breads and baked goods from flours milled on-site, for consumers’ and wholesale customers’ happy consumption in our store and in their homes.
